The designer couple Riyaz Quraishi and Simeen Quraishi specialize in commercial, residential, institutional and educational facilities. A Yaletown Penthouse

I had to share more of Patricia Grey Inc. with you. This next home is a masculine, modern Yaletown Penthouse.

Yaletown Penthouse

As you walk into the foyer you are greeted by soft cable lighting and a set of acid etched closet doors.  The main vocal point of the penthouse open concept floor plan is a custom lineal fireplace made of venetian plaster that spans the entire length of the room. Another feature is the elegant travertine backsplash in the kitchen. The master bedrooms custom upholstered headboard adds texture and warmth to the room. So many beautiful details in this space.
