I've been working out outside a lot lately and I find there are limited arm workouts I can do and endless leg workouts.
It's back to the gym for a good arm workout!

2. 10 Dumpbell Overhead Tricep Extention
3. 10 Forward Lateral Raises
30 Second Mountain Climbers

Part 2
Cardio: 30 Second Mountain Climbers
1. 10 Standing Dumbbell Reverse Flys
2. 10 Dumbbell Bench Presses
3. 10 Side Lateral Raises
30 Second Mountain Climbers
*Repeat Once*
