I want to live here so badly!! I love the tall ceilings, skylights and exposed wooden beams!! The angles and layout of this home is so interesting. The quaint breakfast nook in the kitchen along a light brick wall is so cozy!! Ah and I can't forget the small yet comfy bedroom with its adorable little window. A Renovated Bungalow

This 1927 redbrick home in Phoenix gets a modern facelift. Jonah Busick of foundry12 created the design of this renovation. They added an 800 square foot extension to the back of the original structure.  High ceilings, custom-made Moroccan- patterned tile, exposed brick. custom steel and glass pivot doors are just a few of the unique and modern touches made to this home.
