A New York Warehouse Conversion

Happy Monday!!

I hope you all had a relaxing weekend. My boyfriend sent me this ridiculous warehouse conversion this weekend by Andrew Franz Architect and I had to share it with you!! Originally a Caviar Warehouse, it is transformed into a stunning 3000 square foot space located in Manhattan's landmarked Tribeca North area. Let me know what you think!!

Pilkington House- 120 Powell Street

Happy Monday!! 

This original 1910 Pilkington House renovated unit in Gastown is the epitome of masculine design. Cement and brick walls, cement floors, wood ceilings, dark furniture and graphic artwork, WOW!

 There are only 6 units in the whole building, each occupying half a floor at 2650 square feet!! Also, check out the patio!!
