Oliver Simon Design

Happy Friday Everyone!!

I love it when I come across Interior Designers based out of Vancouver who's work I like!! Oliver Simon Design's "philosophy stems from the belief that every space should be an extension of the owners personality and style."

Take a look at a couple of my favourite projects of theirs, a funky Chinatown Condo and Industrial Cambie Street Loft.

Chinatown Condo
I love the artwork used in the condo as well as the masculine leather sofa.

Cambie Street Loft
Again, the artwork is perfect in this loft and the industrial/rustic furniture give this loft a unique, funky vibe.

A Yaletown Penthouse

I had to share more of Patricia Grey Inc. with you. This next home is a masculine, modern Yaletown Penthouse.

Yaletown Penthouse

As you walk into the foyer you are greeted by soft cable lighting and a set of acid etched closet doors.  The main vocal point of the penthouse open concept floor plan is a custom lineal fireplace made of venetian plaster that spans the entire length of the room. Another feature is the elegant travertine backsplash in the kitchen. The master bedrooms custom upholstered headboard adds texture and warmth to the room. So many beautiful details in this space. Enjoy!!

Downtown Vancouver Townhouse

Happy Monday!!

I feel like it's been awhile since I've shown some work from a local Interior Designer, so...here goes!! Patricia Grey Inc. is a Vancouver Interior Design Firm specializing in luxury, contemporary spaces. Patricia Grey Inc. is named one of the 'Top 3 Design firms in Canada' and ranked third among the 'Top 25 Interior Design Blogs in the World.'

Vancouver Townhouse

This contemporary townhouse is located on Alberni street in the heart of Downtown Vancouver. The modern, luxurious kitchen is worthy of it's 'Award Winning Kitchen Designer' status, with it's crisp white cabinets, faux wood grain backsplash and sleek stainless steel appliances. All of the artwork throughout the home are Patricia Grey originals and that along with the custom made glass chandelier in the kitchen nook and antique furnishings throughout create a cohesive "modern-glam" aesthetic Patricia Grey Inc. is known for!!

While perusing Houzz I came across this beautiful condo in Coal Harbour by a company called Olive. Of course I had to investigate them further and share this glamourous condo with you!!
Olive was established in 2009, they specialize in a wide variety of design projects from residential, commercial, retail, etc.

Coal Harbour Condo

This condo is the epitome of glamourous!! Crisp white walls, mirrored furniture, touches of black and silver, rich wood tones and a hint of teal. Beautiful!!

The Cross Interior Design

Lately I have been posting a ton of Mid-Century Modern homes and modern spaces, both of which I love but I felt like it was time to share some softer, more feminine spaces with you. What store accommodates this style perfectly? The Cross Design. Their interior design team The Cross Interior Design has created beautiful, feminine spaces across Vancouver. Here are two of my favourites from their portfolio.

Crosstown Loft
One of Vancouver's most historic buildings is where The Cross Interior Design team created this feminine, elegant home!!
