Rustic With A Contemporary Twist

This rustic home with contemporary details and a hint of vintage flair is both masculine and feminine. This unique apartment by Koj Design comes complete with cement walls, layered floor covers, polished cement floors and touches of vintage throughout!! The open living room is very masculine as the industrial dining space provides a softer, more feminine aesthetic with a soft area rug and warm shades of peach and pink.

Happy Friday!!

Sometimes I'm in the mood for a whole lot of character and this house delivers just that!! I love rustic, I love industrial, I love antiques and vintage pieces, I love adorable wallpaper and kitchy kitchens and this home gives me all of it. Talk about eclectic!! The main living space with its painted wooden slat walls, floors and ceilings paired with industrial lighting and plush upholstery is to die for. The wallpapers used in the kids bedroom and bathroom upstairs are so vibrant and playful. I am in love with this house!!

Madrid Apartment: Old Meets New

I came across this beautiful apartment on elle.es the other day and had to share it with you. It is home to Alicia Hernandez, founder of fashion line Dolores Promesas.
This apartment is the definition of glamorous!! It merges detail with history by filling the rooms with antiques and family hand me downs. Incorporating lush, velvet furnishings in soft pastel colours adds a punch of glam! Check out this dreamy home...
