A Seafront Residence in Tulum, Mexico

Happy Friday!!
Andy and I are off to Punta de Mita, Mexico Monday so I thought I would end your week with a beautiful, seafront residence by Spech Tharpman Architects. I wish this is where we were staying but it will be beautiful nonetheless.
Also, I won't be blogging while I'm away but will be posting lots of pics on instagram. Click my instagram icon on the right to follow me!!

I haven't been interested in super modern homes lately but this one has so much unique woodwork it sparked my interest. Take a look around and daydream with me...

Casa del Lago

Happy Friday!!
Andy and I have booked one week in Puerto Vallarta this December so I'm in the mood for some Mexico interiors. I came across this stunning home in San Juan Cosala, Mexico by Juan Ignacio Castiello Arquitectos and had to share it with you!! The architecture is brilliant. I love angles, the more the better for me. How this home opens up to the outdoors creates such a warm and welcoming vibe. The furnishings are simple, letting the architecture be the vocal point, as it should. Take a look and let me know what you think!!

An Indoor/Outdoor Home in Peru

Happy Long Weekend Monday (If your in Canada)
I'm ready for some warm weather so I thought I would show you this beautiful home in Peru open to the elements of the beautiful landscape surrounding it. Designed by Marina Vella Arquitectura this sustainable building is located on a beautiful plot south-east of Lima Peru. The use of natural materials indoors creates an indoor-outdoor relationship. Enjoy!!

A Weekend Residence in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Happy Friday everyone!!
I came across Candida Tabet Arquitetura while browsing Home Adore and had to share this ridiculous weekend home with you. Candida Tabet Arquitetura are based out of Sao Paulo, Brazil. They specialize in residential, commercial and institutional projects around the world combining Architecture and Interior Design.
A Weekend Residence in Sao Paulo, Brazil
This home was developed for a young couple and their three children as their weekend home. Can you imagine?! Some of the must have's for this home were:
"to achieve a striking, contemporary design greatly enhanced by the privilege of being placed right within the Brazilian Atlantic forest, and to have a house that would provide leisure while, at the same time, stimulate family conviviality."
I think they nailed it. What do you think?
