I'm ready for some warm weather so I thought I would show you this beautiful home in Peru open to the elements of the beautiful landscape surrounding it. Designed by Marina Vella Arquitectura this sustainable building is located on a beautiful plot south-east of Lima Peru. The use of natural materials indoors creates an indoor-outdoor relationship. Modern/Zen Vancouver Home

Happy Friday everyone!!

I thought I would send you off for your weekend with a Modern/ Zen style home, both inside and out!!

3315 West 38th Ave, Vancouver

This custom built, white concrete home was built by G. Wilson consisting of 12' ceilings, marble floors, a chef kitchen and custom millwork. 
The unique and calming landscaping was done by Paul Sangha. It consists of daybeds, firepits, a hottub, waterfall wall and infinite water feature.

The wooden privacy wall surrounding the top half of this home is my favourite feature. I also love how the house is surrounded by water. Beautiful!!
