Outdoor Workout #2

I'm getting excited to workout outside!!! Yesterday I did a fun workout I want to share with you. But first, a little motivation via theberry.com.


















OK, so here's what I did. 

20 Minutes Run outside

Run up and down stairs 10x

Circuit

1. Bench Jump Squats


12 Times

2. Bench Push ups


12 Times

3. Bench Dips


12 Times

4. Bench Squat

12 Times on each leg. This guy looks like hes jumping, I didn't jump.

5. Crunches

Straighten your legs out and tuck them into your stomach then back out again 20 Times
***Also, arms at your side, no need to hold on.

6.  Side Lateral Shuffle on Bench



20 Times

Repeat this circuit 3 times.

To end my workout I jogged to a field about 2 minutes from the park I was doing my circuit in and shuffled from one side to the other just to work my inner/outer thighs a little more. Then I jogged home. It was nice and windy out too so I had added tension as I was running and was kept cool. 

There was a playground at the park I was working out in and a ton of ideas came to mind for a playground workout so stay tuned!! 

Get outside!! We have too many rainy days in Vancouver not to take advantage of the nice weather!
