Home Accessories and a workout

I love quirky home accessories. I recently stumbled on this website:









































Here's a workout I did last night. 

20 Minute run

12 walking lunges forward
12 walking lunges backwards
12 side lunges right foot first
12 side lunges left foot first

Repeat 3 times

Shuffle across field once with left foot forward, once with right foot forward.

Knee Ups on Bar

Repeat 3 Times

Bench Jumps



3 Times

Superman


3 Times

5 min jog.

Stretch!!!!!!
